Welcome!

I'm so glad you're here to get to know me! Photography is super personal and FUN so I want you to see me as your friend, instead of your photographer! 

First off, my most important role is mama. Yes, I have three of them and yes, THEY'RE ALL GIRLS! If that resonates with you, we're going to be real close. I've been married for way too long (LOL) to my highschool sweetheart, Anthony. I adore cats, I have two, Dempsey & Duncan, and I love studying the law and nutrition. 

I was a Paralegal but wanted more then the 9-5 and a never ending annapolis commute. After getting my Paralegal Studies Associate's Degree, I studied photography while working on my Bachelors degree at UMUC and never looked back. I have been doing photography for 6 years and absolutely love every second of it. I get to be apart of moments that change peoples lives; and I'm humbled and forever grateful for the opportunity. 

You may be wondering why my company is titled Emersyn Blake Photography, LLC. but my name is Chelsey? Well, when I had just given birth to my second daughter and took this leap of faith, there was nothing I could name this business other then after the two people ( at the time) who inspired me most. Cambree EMERSYN & Kynlee BLAKE. My at the time, only baby girls. Sorry to my third sweetheart who didn't make the timeline cut, Berklee Layne...
